Glamping, Camping & Tours

We are located 14 km East of Lightning Ridge and provide an additional attraction for visitors to stay longer in our region.
Carinya, meaning ‘Happy, peaceful home’, is more than just a farm stay; it offers an immersive experience that allows guests to enjoy true rural hospitality and build connections with the land, our family, and our history.
Our 6,600-acre family-owned and operated station offers a unique opportunity where visitors can immerse themselves in nature, make new friends, and enjoy the company of our farm animals.
Carinya Station is committed to our natural environment, our farm operations are moving towards regenerative practices and our tourism operations focus on ensuring that the footprint our visitors leave is minimal and sustainable.
With a passion for bridging the gap between city and country – we love teaching guests about farming practices in western NSW. We’re frequently told by our city guests that Carinya ‘Feels like home’.
