Our “Flagstone Cottage” was a once an opal buyer’s residence with all the comforts of the day – timber floors (lounge and main bedroom), air conditioning in every room and a large tiled bathroom with shower and spa bath! On the sun- bathed front verandah you can watch the daily Ridge life pass by and, right next door is Morilla’s Café –a coffee is but meters away. At the end of the day relax in the beautiful large rear courtyard. The very best in Lightning Ridge accommodation.

 3 Bedroom Sleeps up to eight- 2 Queen-sized beds. Two King-single beds. A queen-sized sofa bed is available for extra guests.

Flagstone Cottage is pet free.

Fossickers Cottages

The “Harlequin Cottage” was built over thirty years ago as a four-room miners hut, but has grown over time into a cosy and comfortable two-bedroom cottage. A large, fenced front yard makes a great play area for kids and pets of all ages – and its private garden and outdoor area (with BBQ!) makes for the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

You’ll feel right at home in our “Harlequin Cottage”.

Sleeps up to six- 2 Queen-sized beds. A single day bed and trundle are available for extra guests.

Fossickers Cottages

Our “Opal Cottage” is a peaceful one bedroom cottage overlooking an old town opal field, with a superb view to the west you could be in for some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Opal Cottage is set off by a wonderfully eclectic garden that was established nearly thirty years ago! Feel free to hand feed the birds that frequent it.

1 Bedroom sleeps up to four- A comfortable queen-sized bed and a double sofa bed is available for extra guests.
